Simply want to send love and best wishes to everyone for the festive (ish) period no matter how you spend it. Thinking of each and every one of you. If there is anyone who is spending the day alone and feels like a chat, I'm the one belly up on the sofa with the Queen's speech and 5 tins of Quality Street*.... All more than likely emptied by midnight tonight...

Don't forget to look at the 'AWAKE' thread, it's under 'Ongoing discussions' - there's normally plenty popping in and out during the night and day. Hoping you enjoy the Quality Street, I'd love to join you.... but, I've been having blood sugar readings of 12.4 -17.1 !! so I do need to cut this down.... hhmmmm how many have you got left... maybe I could start on Boxing Day hahaha
