Pulmonary embolism

Thanks I think I'm living proof that the drugs do work. I was stage 3B yet here I am 5.5 years after diagnosis and clear. It was a very difficult 12 months though, although I remember my oncologist saying at the start 'give me a year of your life and you'll live as long as your mother' (who is now 87). I don't think he expected it to be that bad however. He was wonderful when I was in hospital. Came to see me every day, even though he wasn't the treating doctor. I'll be forever grateful to him.

That is fab news. I was diagnosed July 2019 miss diagnosed July 2018. I have triple positive hoping that i can also be a survivor. I am positive but do have the odd bad day especially when I am in pain. Xxxx
