Well. Welcome to this thread.
You may be surprised why it is here or happy it is here. Then again: ‘You have got to be joking! Do you know what is wrong with me?’ may be your response.
This all began on the Extreme Fatigue thread. On there several people wanted and needed inspiration/incentive to get out and walk. Many people see the benefits of it in their life and to help on this; mad journey, train ride, rollercoaster ride and other positively rude words journey called Breast Cancer.
It is not a thread created to make anyone feel less than they do at present. It is not a thread that will set people against one another. Being competitive with yourself or a simple challenge to yourself is the point, but not a race against others is a key premis.
The idea is that you can do any of these or none:
Well here goes.
Either it will grow and blossom, with lots of lovely people benefiting. Or I will have egg all over my face – not for the first time in my chequered life and career.
Leolady – may be adding in the odd gallop to my walks.
PS if you don't like us don't be cruel.
Thanks everyone for telling me about the sheep on its back, I didn’t know that. It was a few days ago now, I hope she was OK and I will know for next time.
Have a good day

Today I’ve excelled, 40 minutes of exercise, jig-jogging on the spot, treadmill, stretches and push-ups plus a bit of weight lifting, my arms have always been weak so I’m working on them!!
Love the big curly hair pics, Violetsniff!

History of Hartlepool
Well can tell it's a seaside town no swan but plenty of seagulls on lake
Lovely photos and videos! What a sweet dog Violetsniff and your exercise regime has really taken off moomy! The mosaics are very colourful Northerner and of course I love the tree.
Nordic zoo this morning and a shortish dog walk. Photos are usual views of ‘native’ sheep and cows. Chilly here, sun is trying to break through but struggling! Xx
Nordic zoom not zoo!!!
Thanks HappyFeet1I have spent some time trying to work out what a Nordic Zoo was!!
and I love the mosaics x
which brings me to ask what the letter for tomorrow is?
Anyway, just in case it is Z,I am going to be on two Zoom meetings tomorrow ...
We don’t have a letter atm Violetsniff, why don’t we go with Z for the next 2 days? Then when and Flossie25 choose letters we’ll be covered for another 4 days? I’ve got a Zoom later too!
Haven’t had a dog walk yet but have been into town and back to go to the dentist, for preparation for my first crown. Really want my lunch but thibk I’ll have to wait for my mouth to recover! Saw a lovely scene on the way home, wish I’d stopped long enough for photos or a video - 2 local swans were busy rebuilding their nest. They nest by the river every year and it’s such a pleasure watching each year’s clutch growing up. It’s not really a wide enough path to stop for long so I didn’t stop - sorry Violetsniff I know you love swans. Hopefully I’ll have photos of them another time. Xx
