Well. Welcome to this thread.
You may be surprised why it is here or happy it is here. Then again: ‘You have got to be joking! Do you know what is wrong with me?’ may be your response.
This all began on the Extreme Fatigue thread. On there several people wanted and needed inspiration/incentive to get out and walk. Many people see the benefits of it in their life and to help on this; mad journey, train ride, rollercoaster ride and other positively rude words journey called Breast Cancer.
It is not a thread created to make anyone feel less than they do at present. It is not a thread that will set people against one another. Being competitive with yourself or a simple challenge to yourself is the point, but not a race against others is a key premis.
The idea is that you can do any of these or none:
Well here goes.
Either it will grow and blossom, with lots of lovely people benefiting. Or I will have egg all over my face – not for the first time in my chequered life and career.
Leolady – may be adding in the odd gallop to my walks.
PS if you don't like us don't be cruel.
Glorious day here too although still a bit hot for my hormonally deranged state (Anastrozole)! Earlier dog walk to avoid the worst of the heat. Will miss the blue skies but will welcome cooler temperatures next week. Xx
We travelling in motorhome and had a wander through bluebell woods!
pits cooler here near Charmouth, even had a thunderstorm with heavy rain lasting less than an hour, very strange & local.

Yesterday there was a drop in session at the village bowling club so me and hubby “dropped in” after doing the shopping. I didn’t do as bad as expected, not as good as hubby, but need to go back and keep practising. Doing different repetitive movements did tell on my joints a bit.
Photo from walk the other day.

Lovely bluebells Jayhay and bowling sounds fun, Flossie25 ! I’ve only ever done the indoor type. Meant to say before, heard first cuckoo earlier in the week!
Cooler here today which I’m glad of, really, but still some lovely sunshine. Local walk with dog and daughter. Love to all, HFxx
Oooh yes, I too heard a cuckoo this week on my walks. HappyFeet1 , much cooler today and I didn’t hear one although on the same route (my favourite 2+ miles)

im also aware of ‘heart burn’ in afternoons and have to have a rennie… I’m on a higher dose of statin now, but not sure if that a se.
ill get it checked out as travelling to Spain in 2 weeks time…
labyrinth in this field of wildflowers, the bench is the centre, just so peaceful and reassuring.
