So in  5 days time I have the operation to remove the tumour - randomly known as Ian.
There's so many of us have been through or are going through this. I'm amazed by how many people I speak to have got the T shirt. Such a very scary thing to be diagnosed. I was a frightened mess at the time.
Hevbojangles Yes cancer is taking its toll on so many people. Prostate cancer has become a big problem too.
I think in those early days it’s very scary and your brain just can’t cope. This Macmillan site and the ladies on here, especially in this group, were my saving grace. 24/7 somebody was there and it brought me so much comfort.
Sad as it sounds I actually miss the chats on here but the positives are that everyone is getting on with their life!! xx
Ive go it, now. Lol never seem to get notifications, popped in on off chance because i was a looking for info about covid and whether i should be working from home currently to maintain social distancing and b was wondering how you lot were doing given the current situation
Hope you are all well and keeping safe
