Arrgh I'd forgotten about those silly stockings.i'll have to wear them for a few days won't I?well that will really help my hot sweaty nights.hope you're not too uncomfortable optimistic and just remember when you can stop wearing them some of us will just be starting and I don't mind if you have a little chuckle about it x

I refuse to wear compression stockings. I have rather thin skin on my lower legs so I tell the nurses I can't wear the stockings cos they hurt too much (they don't). Instead I get given those massage things that fit on your leg. Much more comfy and really quite pleasant, except when you need to get up for a wee.

Last day of holiday and we see Doc Martin (Martin Clunes) filming just up the road from where we are staying! Perfect end to a lovely break!

We travel home tomorrow and next week is full of appointments, but not going to worry about them until Monday! Going to enjoy my last night here and a lovely wknd back at home!
