Hurrah - Snoopy and LP smiled on me at the CT - only 2 attempts to find a vein!!! It's a miracle... 

Filled the car up  and bought car sweets on the way back - getting ready for London tomorrow - yay!!! 

Let's hope the traffic is this good on the M1 tomorrow...

That's great news , sadly neither L.P or Scooter can do anything about London Traffic!! Hope the journey goes as well as it can. Looking forward to meeting you and everyone else! Xxx

My day has been VERY lazy. Saw friend off home at lunch time today, then came back to hotel and collapsed on bed and fell asleep! After a day on the go yesterday, I was exhausted. My body clearly needed a break! Hopefully tomorrow I shall wake full of energy! :-) xxx

Umm my day....yeah...my man gets extremely angsty going anywhere new etc and wants to be early... but then can't handle having to wait...great combo! Anyway got him organised, did the packed lunches, took dog out then got him to take dog to sitter pal while I sorted self.

40 mins to wait once at the course venue, so he already thrilled when discovered room far too small for the group and first course presenter terrible. Saying very common sense and common knowledge stuff by trying to read single, simple sentences from a notebook that she kept flicking through.

It was create as you go flip chart stylee rather than PowerPoint or handouts and they obviously hadn't practised as handwriting not large or legible enough and marker pens pants etc. 

Bet they glad we escaped before completing the evaluation sheet : )

I was interested in the effects of diabetes on mood, vivid dreams and nightmares and had this question noted at the start as the rest were food or physical health points. They did a little on depression so at the end when they decided every thing had been covered I asked again. This is mentioned in their own blurb but they not up to speed as despite me correcting her, she repeated that 'mood swings and nightmares don't cause diabetes'...I gave up.

We then went into town to pick up my man's new phone. His was ancient and not working so I got a bargain smartphone for £30! I said its for his birthday so this cheered him up...he was wrecked from sitting in cramped space all day. 

He then jumped straight into phone declaring he would look at quick start guide later and then wondered why nothing was straight forward : )

Me...groan... my innards don't like what or how much I have eaten...groan. The dog is making horrendous smells as sitter gave him some of the chilli we had given him! Ain't life grand.

In a Whiby booze shop I saw a bottle of Unicorn's tears. It was closed so could not investigate further. Will let you know xxx

seaspirit44, John Lewis had Unicorn tears in over Christmas! I saw the name and thought it would be the perfect gift for a Unicorn obsessed 11 year old......... UNTIL I realised it was a Vodca based drink!! Thought 11 was a bit young to be encouraging drinking!!!!! 

I am WIDE AWAKE with bloody Acid Reflux! My own fault I had already settled and didn't have the energy to go to the bathroom and take my medicine! Strangely enough though I was okay for the first part of the night, then I turned on to my left hand side BIG MISTAKE which I have been paying for for the last hour :-( 

The burning is easing now, so hopefully I can get back to sleep. I have important people to meet tomorrow and i'd like to be able to stay awake!!!! Xxx

Sorry this is in bold type cant alter it as written at hAirdresser on my mobile....Well i am in hairdresser furious!! Have been to get prescription from normal chemists and she got my letrozole  brand wrong!! After months of trying to get a brand which suits me, incorporating normal pharmacist and my female GP, I finally got given the brand which suits me ... otherwise i become overwhelmed etc  with wrong brand. sShe handed it over completely “ couldnt care less” and i saw it an said( in a rather distressed voice) “ I cant take these I become ill” This customer next to me looked at me gone out... my twin is comig next week ad I mustnt  be in that mood i only see him once a year... but i cldnt say that... anyway she gave me a sort of alternative which may or may NOT work...and also told me to see GP before i have my sleeping tabs again Great That will be easy in 3 working days.

Then I came into hairdressers nearly in tears and read my book quietly and wanted to tell Sally ,my hairdresser, but lady next door too close. So couldnt concentrate on book so asked for mag and loud lady came an sat next door. Just opened my mag and Sally ( hairdresser ) asked wot I thought of MM. we exchanged opinions and then the lady in the first chair next door told Sally Her opinion. Then I  just LOOKED at her. Then i turned the page and Victoria Beckham was on it abd first lady said” thats how i want my hair Sally” . After shed colourred my hair, Sally asked if i wanted to change seats she could tell..I was upset.... and I asked if I could talk to S the manager. He is camp as they come and I love him i knew he wouldnt have the hard face that had upset me so much at the Pharmacy...he was lovely ,I wobbily told him about it all...but he advised me to go back to pharm..and ask for presc and go round other Chemists for it...but theres no way I can do that a) I dont have the energy ( no car) and b) might very well burst into tears if I see her again...
