Anna12345 , that sounds so interesting and helpful. I wish I’d had some scar help early on but (even as a retired OT) wasn’t sure how to manage it myself, have an adhesion at the side of my scar. The surgeon just said ‘it’s caught’ in her discharge report to GP.
Hope you’re all doing as ok as possible? Lacomtekp , how’s OH and the car situation? Hope he’s not too sore today.
I’ve been binge watching some DVDs today after I’d done the washing and - get this - it dried outside!!!
Night night Fruit Loops, sleep well and stay safe, plenty of sleepy fairy dust for all who wish

moomy it’s nice sometimes just to zone out and watch stuff isn’t it. We sign up one month at a time with the various pay TV stations, I am currently working my way through The Gilmore Girls. It’s a load of tosh, but I’m determined to watch them all ffor my lovely friend who sadly died of wretched cancer before she could finish watching them.
Exhausting day today. This, that and the third thing. Hoping for a restful tomorrow..
Love to all xx
Anna12345 , definitely keep up with the massaging even if you do have to do it yourself. Sadly back 10years ago when I was first treated, I wasn’t told that massage would be good for the breast, especially following Radiotherapy! So because of that I now have a very solid feeling breast full of scarred tissue which is just getting harder as the years go by! I feel frustrated that I was never given this information but although I can’t change things for me, I do try and let others know that Massaging the breast tissue daily is the way forward.
Sorry to hear you have friends that are dealing with their own Cancer stories. Sadly once you have had a diagnosis yourself these things tend to hit you more, because you can empathise with what they are going through! Just be kind to yourself Hun. Sending you (((((((gentle Hugs)))))). Sal xxxxxx

You really have to try and live in the moment don’t you.
