It won't win, our brains will overcome it. I use Paul McKenna cd, I can make you sleep. Take 1 paracetamol and 1 calm. Think positive where possible, universal healing energies all around us. I am the last person to talk like this but it's got me now. People come back with various types of abuse stop them, well all I can say is it doesn't need need to.

Now at last all the bank etc probs are solved. New joint account set up and accessible, was NOT easy! Savings accounts accessible, and got an apology from health ins co, plus they are giving me £50!!!It all took a month. I’m still a nervous wreck though, I’m shaking when I have to do anything g financial online ! Xxx

I would never have believed that this time last month….AT ALL
and even until quite recently if anyone said “emails”I would have manifested several anxiety involuntary symptoms .
I only say that to say that I totally understand your nerves when you have to do anything online.
