....I hope you have a lovely trip. I think you have a great granddaughter growing up in Swansea who yoù haven't seen much?
I am envious because I haven't seen my mum and dad since Aug 2019. At 94 years....time is obviously limited.......
Bon voyage.....
Oh how lovely!
we had our first family hugs (one by one) for 15 months last week as the kids came for my birthday, I made sure we were masked and outdoors but it was a challenge to let them go! I’ve done a lateral flow test since and all is fine.
Hubs is tired and exhausted after first immunotherapy doses, slept a lot both yesterday evening and at night and also this afternoon. He’s annoyed by it and only mildly reassured that it’s common. Ah well…..I’ve done the cleaning while he slept!

It must hard not being able to see ageing parents when you know time is probably very limited. We have a 2 year old greatgrandson and and Greatgranddaughter who will be a year old in 3 weeks. It will very noisy and probably very messy too so no white clothing
Have a lovely time away. Sounds like a wonderful trip catching up with so much family. Enjoy!!
Night night Fruit Loops, sleep well and stay safe…..

.........and everyone else going away for the Bank holiday. We had ours in the rain last weekend. I felt so sorry for our bars and cafes who could only serve outside and had rain dripping through their canopies and few customers.
So now OH and I have our Pass Sanitaire. A bar code on a piece of precious paper and I thought....Is this what the world has come to? Have we become commodities like a tin of beans.?Just my thought for the day.....obviously I'm delighted to have a pass but how to keep it from getting tatty and damaged....I can't imagine at the moment.
So with the sun out and the birds singing , I am off to dead head the roses in the hope that today we can sit by them and enjoy their scent.
Have a good day everyone....For you all......Karen
