Had a better night’s sleep Dclem4 but left arm still sore when I raise it.I just tried doing some Pilates. Glad no one was watching! Still have cording from mastectomy back In December. So tight across my chest but I guess it will come eventually. Warmer weather on its way and that’s a big positive. Happy Monday everyone.
Wishing you all the best for today. Hope it goes well and you are back home and on the road to recovery soon. LP is hopefully already with you and not causing to much trouble......
Thinking of you. Sal xxxx

Very few SE after vaccine still took paracetamol this morning ......tired but been a while since 7am alarm
Santababy Thanks, sadly I am worrying although trying very hard not too. I’m just glad it’s a morning appt tomorrow so I won’t have time to get so worked up!
Its weird as a rule I don’t allow my worries to completely take hold, but after my bad experience last time, I just can’t help it I’m terrified! (As silly as that sounds) xx
It’s not silly at all, dear Sal/LondonLass, a bad experience really puts your mind into a spin no matter how often or how well you reason against it (me and dentists!)
I will be thinking of you and sending you lots and lots of good vibes.
Hugs xxx
Moomy
LondonLass why is it Silly ?? It's how you feel therefore as much as it can be easier without the fear it certainly isn't Silly . You had a bad experience so that's what you're using as a measure
So look in the mirror and give yourself permission to worry then focus on getting it over and done with . How about planning a treat for later
all our thoughts will be with you plus LP of course
Not silly at all LondonLass absolutely normal especially with memories of last time. We will all be thinking of you with positive vibes though xx
