.
Morning all.
Now usually my attitude to exercise is, I'll do it later! But this morning I thought I would set a good example for all of My Fruit Loop friends!

It is very encouraging to have positive news for a change and Captain Tom Moore is an inspiration to us all. Reminds so much of my dad, Ww2 veteran, determined (stubborn I would say). He would of been 98 next month. I hope Captain Tom receives a knighthood.
This is what makes Britain great and the fact that we are all in this together and everyone pulling together.
On a personal note, I am on antibiotics for an infection following my mastcetomy 5 weeks ago, what can I use to very gently keep the area clean? It is in the arm pit where I had some lymph nodes removed. I do have hibiscrub, can this be used around the site?

Hi
I was lucky and never had an infection after my op last year . With regards keeping my wound area clean I literally just used a soapy ( dove 0% parabens ) flannel squeezed over the area then quickly rinsed off with bath shower head and patted dry . Also had some water wipes ( nothing added )
Must be something else that would help infection sure someone else will be able to help .

If you would like to have a look and listen, our lass (in isolation, now for over a month, filmed and recorded in her own studio) was asked to join in to help produce a track for the NHS, its on you tube but I've been hopeless at posting a link, if you search 'NHS Relief with Beverley Knight and Joss Stone, 'Lean on Me'', I think you will find it!
Incredibly proud that she was asked, and also of her contribution!

She was asked to record herself playing on film while actually playing, Margaret Northerner, she’s the one and only female trombonist! I’m so thrilled she’s known well enough to have been asked to contribute!

Now my Lovely Fruit Loops! Stuck inside with not much to do! How many of you have started sorting out cupboards and come across some "blasts from the past"! If not go have a look it's amazing how many memories are brought back when you see certain pics!
So I thought it might be nice to share some pics of us as babies! Do you have any pics of yourself as a baby or toddler? Or maybe one of you at school.
I'll start the ball rolling and HOPEFULLY some of you will join in! If not then I'll know I'm officially the nuttiest Fruit Loop
So let's start with Baby LondonLass with 'apparantly' a hair style which was all the fashion
Not sure about fashionable!!!
SO FRUIT LOOPS! Anyone going to join in??
PLEASE!!!!!!! xxxxxx
