GOOD MORNING FRUIT LOOP’s, apologies for not having much to say but I NEED to get up as I have my Zoladex appointment and need to leave the house by 9am and am currently still in bed  WHOOPS!!!!!

Drank 2 mugs of coffee and walked ( paddled ) to lymphodema appointment........then remembered “ no exercise , no caffeine for 2 hours “ before being seen ......whoops ! 

Father Christmas is staying fit for his busy night , he had a “ flue jab “ .....
