Dear Londonlass
You are allowed to vent your frustration you are going through things at the moment that only you can understand. I am so sorry to hear that you are still having trouble sleeping and are in pain. Just give yourself time and get some rest when you can.
Enjoy life!!
Gentle hugs for you xxx
Hey Sal - please don't apologise. My issues are (hopefully!) fairly short term. I hope the week gets better for you. But please be kind to yourself. Where else can you have a good whinge? We're here to listen no matter what we're going through ourselves - because that's what we do. You more than anyone takes time to hear others in spite of your own issues.
I wish I had a magic wand so I could make things better for all of us.
I feel sad today. Upset that I seem to be coming out of this worse off than I went in. But mostly sad because I hate what this bloody disease does to all of us.
Hugs to all of you, hope you have a good day
xx

Hi toxophilite so sorry for your news but glad if it is only short term. I feel sad today too had to take my daughter back out of school as she just can't settle. I'm sad as without my breast cancer diagnosis I may have been stronger to keep her there as I'd done previously. I'm sad as at 49 I don't know how my future will be and my children need me so much so I need to be strong. Jealous of my friends doing school run as I did while  I sit here scared. Hope you feel better later and I wish for that magic wand for us all too. Love and hugs to you and all of us on here xxx
Hi,
To those who are finding teouble sleeping, just a quickie...I have been to GP last eek for this very thing and he gave me sleeping tablets which are working very well indeed. Also he can look at anti anxiety tablets for you.Sorry if it sounds obvious but I put it off for years and am sso glad I did it xxx
Especially for LondonLass and all ladies (me included) going through so much in our lives. May we all have better days....
Hey Violetsniff - I'm pleased you have found something that works!! A decent amount of sleep does improve one's outlook!!
Most of us have tried just about everything without much success. I do take a sleeping pill a couple of times a month, but don't find them very helpful. The stronger ones leave me unable to function the next day. My antidepressants help to a degree, but I still don't get more than about 5 hrs added up a night usually.
xx

Sometimes I sleep, sometimes not. Sorry to read that some of you are having some real problems. Wish I could help more or say just the right thing to make everything better for everyone.
Sending my best wishes to you all. X
I used to walk around like everything was fine, but deep down, inside my shoe, my sock was sliding off.
Now I walk around and everything is fine.....one day I am going to by new socks with strong elastic......but in the meantime I am learning to stop and and pull my sock up!
