Hi LondonLass Please send me an e hug feeling rubbish today
Judith xx
Those nails are very pretty. I like the two tones. I'll try that tonight I think.
I know the feeling! Just had GP appointment :( looks like this is as good as it gets re the fatigue! Nothing they can do! It's all part of the thyroid, cancer and drugs that I'm on oh and continuing to work so long has probably exhausted my body!
So basically I'm a wreck and it's my own fault! Crap crap crappity crap!! Xxx
Hi Sal & JMP,
I agree a totally crappy day .awful pans in stomach all night codeine paracetamol & oramorph, 2 hrs sleep.
think water retention in leg , GP insists I go to see him, so 7.20 tonight.
He wants to check not a blood clot.
Lay on settee from when I got up, neighbour came down as I could not get up to get help line numbers.
She filled a hot water bottle for me & I slept until 12.30.
Almost pain free! what a relief.
Had a brunch, then caught up on fluids, & pottered a little.
Sal, how do you find time & energy to work!
Is your thyroid under active? I have been on thyroxine for over 50 yrs.
JMP, so sorry yo are having a rough time.
Hope tomorrow we & anyone having a tough time feels brighter.
Love Scilly xxxx
