AWAKE.........

Hi everyone having lazy day usually go walk but as our garden fencing fell down in recent winds hubby and neighbour are trying to redo it. Hmm !!  So I'm having another cup of tea in bed .Been to group dietician talk for celiac this week turns out have to have yearly blood tests to check vitamin and kidney liver functions plus  dexa scan  Everyone seemed quite interested in this i just sat there thinking for goodness sake not more stress and dexa scans I'll be having anyway !  Celiac been awful though really struggle with it at the moment so hoping gluten  free diet starts to work soon. Optimistic,sorry you are struggling , it is not an easy diet , plus more stress ! ASDA  and Morrisons are remodelling their stores , I know it is only a small irritation really , but I have dragged myself around this morning and found about half the things I went for ......I think I would feel better if it was warmer and sunny. ,!!!   Best wishes for a reasonable day to everyone.  X

Afternoon luvvies, pleased to see you re all so cheerful. Just back from Swansea (family visit). Spent yesterday watching the youngest grandson play rugby against a visiting Irish team,  what nice, well mannered young men they all were. Next trip down in 3 weeks to see him play at the principality stadium

Time for our furry friends to have a try......
