.
Welcome itgotme, what you are experiencing is Normal, very normal. It’s very frustrating though isn’t it. Luckily you have found us and if you find yourself awake at Stupid o’clock, just pop on and say Hi. You can look through some of the old and new posts, add a picture if you would like too. You might of noticed we enjoy a gigle So the funnier the picture the better! Or just enjoy having a chat with someone, if anyone is around.
I hope you aren’t suffering with too many side effects! Just rest when you need too and try not to get stressed about waking early! Just listen to your body! Although if it’s telling you to get up and decorate your house....DON’T LISTEN!
Looking forward to hopefully getting to know you better. Take Care. Sal xx
LondonLass and
I know this SOOO well, and I know that I should be grateful that I look well, but as Sal says, it ISN'T helpful when you feel rubbish! I've decided that I might have to have it written on my headstone - 'But she looked so well!' (sorry, gallows humour)
My sister phoned from New Zealand the other dayh when I was flat on my back due to the disc thing - even she said, 'well you SOUND well!' I was drugged up to the eyeballs and in agony, so I obviously do a good phone voice!!!
Sorry to hear that you had a down day yesterday Sal - crying and swimming at the same time - go you with the multi-tasking!!! Seriously though, a good cry can be cathartic, so hopefully you feel a bit better today, despite the lack of sleep.
Oh, and Sal - your post from a couple of days ago was SO fabulous - you are wise beyond your years, and you always managed to say the right things at the right time - big love and hugs xx
Today will mainly be spent trying to buy tickets for next year's ballet season - box office opens and 10, then I'll have to have a lie down to recover from expense. One of the new ballets is being done by a young choreographer that I've been following since he was a dancer at the Matthew Bourne company, but his ballet doesn't open until Autumn 2020. I had a sudden twinge of mortality - will be booking tickets but that DOES seem like a long time away given that I was given less than a year last July! Still, it gives me something to aim for, and I'm quite determined to be a fruityloop for as long as possible - I'll be here to annoy people for a while yet...
Big hugs to everyone!
Weeblemum ...go on , beat the odds , you can`t waste expensive tickets ! Hope your back gets better very soon ….x
