Well said Northerner, keep in here Mag123.
I’m on the fringes of this group, but I have found chat between you all helpful and uplifting. I’m sure there are lots of others reading and smiling too.
Thank you! Best wishes, Karen
Hi LondonLass
Hope you had a wonderful holiday & enjoyed spending time with your niece. Fingers crossed for her getting into Oxford, I'm sure she will do it!!
Worryingly I am still playing the waiting game. Should have seen my consultant last Friday but was cancelled last minute Thursday, said I need yet more tests - magview (think that may be a type of mammogram scan which I have already had 1 before?). Losing confidence in my care team tbh, diagnosed in May next appointment with consultant mid July.
Loving that you have a group mascot & I know they are a nuisance but Seaspirit44's encounter with the seagulls made me chuckle. I don't always like to comment but I check in to see how you are all doing.
Reading what you have been through n still going through I feel I shouldn't be moaning! Thanks for reaching out & the hugs very much appreciated.
Best wishes for your ongoing treatment, hugs x
Good morning.....from not quite so sunny SW France!
We have had a lot of storm and much needed rain but it's improving from today. A lovely b and b
You can share my breakfast. Far too much for me....
Just checking into gite in 10 minutes then we have a week to relax and enjoy. If you remember Silverberg....she's been touring for the last three weeks in France and Northern Spain and is meeting us for the afternoon as they are driving back this way to UK. Small world......it means they must have enjoyed their garden stopover at ours in early June if they want to meet us again!

Togger I'm sorry you're still waiting for a treatment plan. As soon as you start on treatment you can see what you're facing and plan the next 6-12 months of your life. Surely more tests while frustrating for you is good because it looks like they are planning an operation soon?
Sending lots of good wishes to you and keep us updated if you have time. Also moan all you want, that's one of our purposes.
I have been at the vet with Graham, he broke a tooth (they grow back) but his other was too long. So here is a pic of that brave little soldier after having his toothies trimmed.
Bless the wee chap, Snowys Mum!
Night night Fruit Loops, sleep well and stay safe
plenty of sleepy fairy dust for all who wish

Good morning all.....and Graham....gosh, Graham you're braver than me. I have to have a wisdom tooth out on the 28th and the dentist saw me trembling and has prescribed diazapam.
Now for the photos from our gite for the week. I have made postcards for my mum that you can share......Yesterday became dry and sunny later but this morning's sunrise...well, as you can see we have spectacular views from all the windows. Even the shower!
Then inspired by the sunrise I walked to the baker for croissants. As you can see in the centre picture below, it's very old, very French ( well, there's a surprise!) and everything had been made in the back room.
Hope some of the drug effects start wearing off for those of you with follow up injections and great news for those of you with new, clear mammogram results. I'm a bit slow catching up. But this week we plan to relax.....we can walk to everything if we choose although I expect we'll do a few touristy bits by car.
Take care everyone. Good holidays if you're away too.
