Had my index finger xrayed today as an ‘urgent’ referral (took 3 weeks) and was told 5-6 weeks for results ….. I had requested a referral to hand surgeon from my GP and this is what he’d decided preparatory to referring me. The end joint is deformed and rather sore at times.

sorry I havent been here for a bit, I have been in Hosp with query Opthalmic shigles and then down to my sisters ( once not contageous).

It did me good to have lots of fresh aircand some laughs!

I had a test today by my Optomologist to say no Live shingles or scaring on the cornea.I Was so happy I wanted to hug her although she didnt seem to understand xx

sorry I I told you before…I am a bit forgetful.

The NHS need an enormous medal!!

She said I was fortunate that I didnt get external pain as it can be exremely painful.Thats another Mercy as my eyesight was saved in tome too thanks to my GPxxxWhat Can I Say? Long live the NHS!!! Xxx(Violet)

Oh poor you Violetsniff but SOOOOO glad the outcome is good and your sight is safe, and no long term pain (I know shingles can be really painful)

Thankyou Lacomtekp Sadly very little sleep was had but I did enjoy reading a new book.

I am very unhappy with the terms of the contract for tge new job and will be querying them. This will no doubt lead to a withdrawal of the job offer and I shall be totally stressed out again! Why do empowers think it reasonable to offer one a particular job and then have the contract say they can get you to do anything including working extra hours for no extra pay?!!!
