.
Owww Northerner, I hope you have managed to drop off to sleep now.
Put your phone down, take your glasses off and deep breath in for 7 seconds, hold for 6, breath out for 7 and repeat - you might just drop off after 2 or 3 of these.
If not, I can always sing to you.... I can't sing, but I could try - mind you we'd both end up giggling with my voice.
Get to sleep xxxx
Nighty Night Fruit Loops - Sending Love and Hugs xxxx
Morning fruit loops, Northerner and WhatHappened I hope you’re both still asleep?!
It’s not so pleasant this morning and a chilly breeze is blowing....
I’m a bit late as I found it hard to get to sleep last night too, just brought up coffee and hubs said ‘what shall we do today, shall we stay in for a change?’ We both had a giggle!

Hi moomy
Not too bad got back to sleep about 4.30 after waking at 1.30 for trip to loo . Had to have a read in end to quieten brain down . Then counting breaths in and out .( back to chemo sleep routine )
jobs for today 4 drawers in kitchen to be cleared ( lol bet most of it goes back in ) next lot of radish and lettuce to go out . This week potatoes to be planted .
Also if time might do some wholemeal fruit scones , cheese scones yesterday went down a treat .
Have now received email from supermarkets to say say priority for slots . Morrisons are starting a phone line where you can chose 27 items from 44 for delivery next day . Then Aldi announced a box online with a set 22 items so after a month they all getting sorted . Which is good .
Have a good day in

Morning all,
Rain woke me 3 times last night. But I expect all you gardeners out there say we needed it (I'm not a gardener!!) Moomy, your husbands comment of "shall we stay in for a change " made me chuckle. Fruit loops you bring some lightness in some of our dark days.

Actually I would say sod the oldies and tescos food shop I prefer the 3 young men, fun over shopping anytime.
Apologies in advance if this is not really appropriate.
Linda xx
Jealous, , our garden DOES need the rain! But it's expected later today....
