Meanwhile,Eros (otherwise named “toxophilite”)has appeared from behind the curtain.Yes ...Snowy,the naughty guinea pig,has been smitten by Another With Smooth Syrupy Words,called Wigglebum,or some such....and Scooter is getting mighty hurrumphish...

Mazza10, please can I borrow Uncle Paddy Wiggle Ears on Weds next?

I'm having my bladder Botox under local without sedation. The urologist is fed up with me singing Carmen and has requested the Hallelujah Chorus. LP told me that he does not like singing, but I think Paddy would be OK with it, might even join in? As long as he promises not to get drunk. He can show me his pics of the one eyed beauty.

Good Evening or Good Morning  - I've only just managed to catch up on some of the threads.  Really sorry your not feeling very well - just shows you how much your body is fighting for you.  Positive, Mental (hmmm) Attitude - You can do this young lady, you are part way through now, you are bound to fill 'off' - just shows though, its working and soon all this will be a distant memory - just like the snow.  

Sorry you can't make the meet up in Birmingham, I am going to try and get myself there - not promising though ladies, I will try.

Yawwwwwn.  Morning.

I err fell asleep around 3 this afternoon and really not surfaced until now.

My Fibromyalgia HAS surfaced these last couple of days though...not surprising really with all he changes and 'stress' of having my man back and under foot : ) Fibro is great...unmitigated exhaustion and even the space in your lungs aches.

Speaking of my man, he opened his eyes on Wednesday and decided everything was going to go wrong...and set out to ensure it did by catastrophising!

I solved a few thing by waving my magic wand but at teatime he put a new blade in a Stanley knife and then sliced his hand before it even touched the carpet he was about to tackle!!

Trip to hospital and told 2 hour wait...he can't wait   for 5 minutes. There was an under 2 yrs running about and rolling on the floor, bored... so much like my man : )

Waited so long hand started to heal so cleaned n dressed and no stitches. He was disappointed to discover he wasn't going to be treated as a 'poorly boy' or by me becoming his personal Butler. It is his dominant hand however, so I did write a long letter for him.

I am reading posts, but in chunks, therefore its hard to reply individually so good luck to all with stuff about to happen, gentle hugs for those going through stuff and a jealous ' have a great time' to those managing the Birmingham meet up.

To those of you missing out on the meet up today, don't feel glum. Remember there will b other meet ups. Hopefully many many more meet ups. Today is about you doing what's best for your health. Your body is working hard to give you back a hopefully long and healthy life, so don't be  too angry at it.

I'll be online throughout the day, when I'm not napping (yes granny naps seem a must at the mo). So happy to keep anyone company, if they need me!

Its ts especially for you my friend. This disease is hard enough, without dealing with other illnesses on top. So you are doing great at keeping going and putting up with your man, who sounds like he brings more issues into the equation! Hope things sort themselves out for you soon. Sal xxxxx
