Lynn, they look fabulous, and I'm not usually a pie person! I love peaches though, so I'm happy to make an exception for those!
I think I managed to jinx myself by saying I seem to be immune to most bugs - after my theatre visit on Saturday where the world seemed to conspire against me and put most of the sneezers/coughers all around me, I now have a sore throat and the sneezes...
My current feelings on colds:
Hopefully it won't come to anything. I'll probably end up giving it to my OH and not getting it myself as usual - I'm a real typhoid Mary!!!

Hummingbird cake is a moist banana and pinapple cake with traditionally pecan nuts, but my family prefers walnut. Use pinapple pieces and the juice... its yum but our frosting was quite sweet. Its originally from Caribbean but modified in Texas... i thought coconut would add to the Caribbean vibe ... hehe
