had a bit of excitement in the cancercentre this afternoon , someone had a baby in the clinic room ......I am assuming it was not a cancer patient ( perhaps a supporter ) but it gave the nurses something new to talk about !

It looks like we are going to get some more sunny weather .....yippee ......I am going on a horse drawn barge trip at the weekend ( and also having a CT ....not such fun )

Optimistic, it sounds like you are making some good progress. It's good to hear you sounding more positive!! PTSD is not uncommon after a cancer diagnosis, and sadly it's often missed or just not recognised.

love the helicopter!! I have a shelf in a cupboard with a pile of medals on it. Should sort them out sometime I suppose

Well, it looks like hubby has finally had his wake up call. He went for his (much delayed) check up last week, and has been called back query diabetes. I'm afraid I didn't give him much sympathy, just an I told you so. Let's see how long he can go without a sugar fix.............
