Thank you! How lovely! Worked a treat for me! Hope it did for you too! X
As Lynn, in her words was boring as she had nothing to moan about I thought I would moan on her behalf! Sorry to say this and I know there are millions of people enjoying the first signs of summer, but I have to say it, I can't hold it in any longer.........
IT'S TOO HOT!!
Sorry but I needed to say it! Xxx
Far too hot, I have to agree!! I've had sweat literally pouring off me all day. The flushes are lasting 30min plus, been rotating cold packs through the freezer all day.

Explains it beautifully toxophilite! Must admit I have been fanning like mad all day to avoid any super sweats! I am so grateful to of changed drugs, because those drugs mixed with this heat would of been completely unbearable.
Don't want to sound like a nagging mum, but don't forget to keep drinking during this hot weather. It is VERY easy to become dehydrated when losing so much water through sweating. I hope you manage to get a reasonable nights sleep, although I fear it might be a sticky one for everyone.
I'm not looking forward to work tomorrow. It will be my first day at work with these new pain meds! Just hope they work! xxxx
I think we're all definitely in for a soggy night.here's hoping we all get a few hours sleep so we can function reasonably well tomorrow.i may have to walk around lopsided as my 'fake'boob is unbearable in this heat.
Yes definitely remember to keep the fluid intake up. I was working yesterday and didn't drink nearly enough.
Also a good idea to top up the electrolytes some too.
Sleep tight
Xx

Oh yes, I know that feeling well. Just a shame it doesn't solve the reflux issue........the wheezie throat and that awful taste. BUT on a positive I'm NOT sweating buckets, which for me is absolutely amazing!
Too any of you suffering with flushes tonight, I offer you a cooling Fan, and an (((((((((((ICE COLD HUG)))))))))))) xxxxxxx
I've done some strange things over the last few months, due to lack of sleep or medication, but today, oh my goodness..........
LL, you big tease. What have you done???
