Oh crap.. I hope you can keep a lid on things in these early days Mat? Keep posting, keep sharing is the only (fairly lame) suggestion I can give but it does get easier honestly

I had the same team. But have only spoken to Mr L. Now transferred to local team

don't be too hard on yourself and no one expects you to keep the lid on it. The most resilient people are the ones who show their emotions. Take this at your own pace and one step at a time.
