Hi everyone,
I was wondering how many have had the same experience I have had in the diagnosis of my cancer.
I had a fit test in March this year came back clear. I slipped on a rock while on holiday in April and pulled a muscle in my stomach, 3 weeks later it was still giving problems so i went to the GP, Blood test and another fit test which is more sensitive than the ones that get sent out.
Fit test came back all clear, Blood test showed Anemia so sent for a Colonoscopy and endoscopy and a ultrasound all came back clear but the consultant had a problem getting to my Cecum blamed my height 6' 3' so "for complitnace" he sent me for a CT,
The CT showed a T4A N2 M0 6cm mass which was a shock after everything else came back clear, any way 4 weeks ago I had a right Hemicolectomy which I have now fully recovered from, I have also been diagnosed with Lynch Syndrome so I'm waiting for an Oncologist appointment. Keeping my fingers crossed.
