Hi everyone. It’s a new world once diagnosed with this isn’t it?! I’m recently diagnosed and just dying to get my head around it. I’m a 78 year old, previously very fit woman, as I thought! I have a met on my liver…possibly one lung…and the tumour is currently not operable. Hoping it will shrink with chemo. My bowel is partially blocked and the plan is to insert a stent to avoid blockage during chemo. Has anyone any experience of this? I’m finding it a bit scary..all of it really!
My best wishes to everyone on this forum. It’s a journey not chosen and into the unknown isn’t it?!
