Hi Snowhead and a warm welcome to the board. Yes it’s a bit of a head stew isn’t it but once you have a treatment plan in place then things will honestly feel a bit better?
We’re all at different of stages of treatment and recovery on here so stay away from google and feel free to ask anything you like and we’ll help and support you through this
Take care

Hi Kareno62. I'm 88 and am very reluctant to put my body under the stress of a major operation. I think I should ask what alternatives there are - such as chemo , radioT or even having a stent fitted before chemo etc. Hopefully Tuesday will give me some answers. I am a carer for my wife so that complicates things just a bit.
Hi Snowhead Yes you have every right to ask what the various options are so jot down any questions before you go and explain your concerns to the consultant.
Pleaee let us know how you get on?
Take care
