I'm on my 3rd chemo cycle. Original tumour was surgically removed in 2021. Adjuvant chemo given. When the stoma reversal was done a year later it was discovered that the cancer spread, it was surgically removed from colon and small intestine.. I have peritoneal disease and psoas disease, psoas is not operable. And to top it off a hernia as well..... Aren't I the lucky one....

Im sorry you have had this news.,it is devastating, I received similar news last August. I have a recurrent small bowel cancer after being 10 years cancer free. 

Im now stage 4 not operable and incurable cancer devastating news really,

That’s been nearly a year since diagnosis starting chemo 2nd June. 

Ive always taken things in my stride true Believer in working with what you’ve got. So I hope you get on well in your journey just keep up a positive attitude although I know not easy.
