Hi Koyal
I had a total pelvic exenteration just over 3 years ago for recurrent cervical cancer. In my case, yes-all organs in my pelvis were removed and I have 2 stomas-urostomy and colostomy.
If you click on my name and read my bio, it details what I had removed. Happy to try and help answer any questions based on my own experience.
