Hello Group!

Hi shark I have only been  here fora few weeks so it's still fairly strange to me are you a patient or friend or relative of a patient if so what's the prognosis so far I Have anal cancerl so possibly a Stoma at the end of it all but heyho might not get to that ?  I start radiotherapy on Monday for one week then 4 x3weekly courses of chemo then do all scans again to see where it's at. This is a very useful place with lots of very friendly and helpful people who will all wish you good luck and always someone who has the same or been through the same as you to offer help and advice. Try to go one day at a time and please only look at Macmillan sites or your local hospital please keep away from Google it will scare you silly with disinformation. Cheers Dave

I joined a year ago and have had so much help and support any questions fire away someone will have been through the same. 
I joined when I had a wobble with my stoma. This group gave me so much advice I was out and travelling in no time.
