I’m on palliative care for Bowel cancer as spread to liver and lung, done 3 mths chemo, good scan and potentially bought me few more months and I’m going to continue next 3 mths then see if try a different chemo or take quality time, please don’t think I’m being morbid as I feel very well and thankfully minimal side effects and living my life I have with family and friends,

I hope everyone of you have had the best Christmas you have been able to and we fight through 2022!!! X

Hi and welcome to the board. Pleased to hear that the chemo has worked to good effect and everything crossed that the next batch does the same. I don’t think for a minute that you’re being morbid - you sound to have a firm grip on the situation and enjoining your time with family and friends is a great tonic.

Keep on fighting and we’ll be happy to be your ‘seconds’ and support you
