Meeting after Chemo

Hi all, I completed 4 rounds of Capox being mop up Chemo. I decided to stop after the 4th instead of 8 as I was given the choice. I received a letter saying the oncologist wants to meet me in two weeks. Would anyone know what this meeting is for?

Do you get scanned after finishing treatment ?

I'm not sure if the scan will be sooner or after a while, I'll check on the meeting.
