As you can see I’m very new here! Not the easiest site to find my way around, must do some more exploring!
Hi
Well done on finding us and a big welcome to the forum ! I have had a quick read of your bio and see you have successfully navigated surgery and got that part over and done with !
Are you have chemotherapy ?
Some people do find the site a bit tricky to begin with but you have landed in the right group and it really does become second nature .
Take care ,

. Hi Rich and a warm welcome from me too. Hope you’re coping with the Ileostomy ok - there is a board on here for stoma people - it’s a bit quiet at the minute but might be handy to know if there’s anything you’re struggling with?

Hi Court,
Thanks for the welcome. No I didn’t need chemo, they managed to get all the cancer out and the surrounding lymph nodes, so hopefully should be OK now, Im still practicing my navigational skills but Kareno62 has directed me to the stoma board which should be useful.
Rich
. If you type a word eg.’ Diet’ in the search box at the top of the page (where the magnifying glass is) then you can look at previous posts or just start a new post if there’s anything specific you’re struggling with?Diet can be tricky with an Ileostomy but there’s some good tips on this post
