Any suggestions on help for pain relief

Hi all I was just wondering if anyone has any advice on what can help with pain relief I have tried the usual paracetamol ect but nothing has helped if anything just makes me feel sick iv tried asking my doctors and they just keep prescribing me the same things they have before and non of it helps only worsens the pain I'd be really grateful if anyone has any advice as I'm in constant pain daily and even worse when having to try go toilet to the point I have become fearful of eating out of fear of having to go toilet and suffering even further pain trying to go

Hi, I have just come off the phone with my GP discussing similar issues - as well as paracetamol try dihydrocodeine as this helps me when the pain is very bad but discuss it with your GP as they know best. I have had two types of urine infection from the catheter in hospital and consequently on antibiotics to combat as I've had similar infections again ask your GP about this. Hope this helps. Thanks for the advice sonny123 I will note that down and try to discuss it with my gp and see what they say my biggest issue is finding something that doesn't make me constipated and that won't clash with my bipolar meds as my bipolar consultant is waiting to trial a new medication for my bipolar
