Hi All,
My husband has been diagnosed with Bowel cancer with liver Mets, surgery not an option and waiting for chemo. Met with oncologist a week and a half ago and they said 3-4 weeks or treatment to start. On Monday we have a session at the hospital to find out about chemo and how it all works etc. The last few days my husband has seemed not only quite down but alot more tired. He is eating but says food is not interesting him as can't really eat what he would like- double whammy he was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes during all this. Have others experienced this? Should we be making the oncology team aware? I just feel helpless and so want to do something to help him.
Any advice welcome x
