Hi everyone I’ve recently been diagnosed with bowel cancer a secondary cancer of the liver. I’m suffering with a lot of back pain at present regular paracetamol just isn’t working but i’m worried to try anything stronger which will cause me more issues in the bowel department. Any advice?
