Hello. Hope everyone is doing OK.
I had stage 3 cancer in 2023. Had part of my bowel removed and underwent 3 months of chemo that ended in Feb 2024. Since then, I have, thankfully, been fit and healthy with my scans etc coming back clear. I go to the gym regularly and do weight training and cardio. I have just started taking Creatine Monohydrate powder as some of the women in the gym said it would help.
Does anyone have any advice about this? Does Creatine Monohydrate have any negative effects with regards to cancer? Just thought I would check in case I should not be taking it. For context I am a 50 year old woman. Thank you.
Hi Angelous and good to hear that you’re doing well. I go to Senior Circuits and Sit Fit so not a lot of Creatine used there! You could post on the Ask a Nurse board for their opinion?
