I have had treatment 1 of a cycle of 6 last Friday. Tolerated infusion ok but last few days I have had zero energy and breathlessness. Prior to treatment I had been anaemic and suffering fatigue and breathlessness - so that’s all been really much worse. I’ve got lymph nodes and tumour in liver following tumour in bowel 3 years ago. I’ve read affects get worse as you go through further treatments - can anyone share their experience? I live on my own, with family nearby and it’s been tough to manage as normal.

I noticed you hadn’t yet received a reply to your post, so I’m bumping it back to the top in the hope that someone with the relevant experience will see it and respond.
In the meantime, you could type “folfiri” into the search (magnifying glass at the top left of the page) and this will bring up all the posts where it has been discussed previously. I hope that might help while you wait for answers from others in the group.
