Has anyone used yougevity tangy tangerine to boost their vitamins.
No and it looks very expensive! If you’re worried that Simon seems a bit ‘under the weather’ then maybe see if his GP will do a full blood test? x
I was very low on vitamin d after my op so my doctor put me on a high dosage tablet. She said it’s the 1 vitamin that she insists all her family takes and just gets a cheap one from the supermarket. She only takes it from October - April when there’s not much sunshine so maybe encourage Simon to get outside for some short walks in this lovely weather - he’ll top up his vitamin D and it’ll be good for his mental health too? x
