Shampoo & Conditioner - during treatment

I was one of the unlucky few to loose their hair on capox.

When it was regrowing I used " watermans " shampoo and conditioner.

Hi there, I had terrible amount of thinning during my chemo, tried to only wash it weekly, added organic rosemary oil overnight then used this which I think helped and continue now to use as sulphate free. Mines grown back wonderfully thankfully. Try not to panic, it is distressing at the time,  though, I do understand . Wishing you all the strength to get through treatment and good health to come xx

Faith in nature rosemary is ok. It reminded same of roast lamb Though

My hair thinned badly. I got a topper which really helped my confidence it was a maya jama one so trendy and not overly expensive

Mongoo is lovely and gentle. I had 8 rounds for capox and my hair thinned a lot over the first few treatments but the thinning slowed quite quickly. I had some matcha oil capsules to help it regrow as well as taking bovine collagen powder. The collagen definitely made a big difference to the regrowth.

I forgot the bovine collagen powder, too, I've taken that religiously along with 'biotin growth +' both from 'Nutrition Geeks' supplements,  who I rate. Definitely has contributed to good hair regrowth once chemo concluded.
