Has anyone found that on their 1st colonoscopy one year after their Colon resection that they are back to square one with bloat, gas and going to the loo about 12 times a day! I wonder whether it could be the colon being disturbed and a newly grown polyp being found and removed could have disturbed everything. It was improving (albeit taking a very long time) to only 3-4 times a day loo visit and less stomach pain and bloat. I'm hoping that it does get back to settle down a little again as I thought I was on my way to an easier time at last
Hi VonB
I’m Anne, one of the Community Champions here on the Online Community and, although I'm not a member of this group, I noticed that your post hadn't had any replies yet. Responding to you will 'bump' it back to the top of the discussion list again.
It must be very disappointing for you to feel that you're back to square one and i hope things will settle down again soon.
While you're waiting for replies, it would be great if you could put something about your diagnosis and treatment to date into your profile as it really helps others when replying to you and also when looking for someone on a similar pathway. It also means that you don't have to keep repeating yourself. To do this click on your username and then select 'Profile'.
