After fighting colon and Lymphoma cancer for six and a half years was discharged from the oncology dept back to my doctor.
what a feeling that you still have some real issues but had beaten the colon cancer.
Regular appointments to the Lymphoma clinic blood tests and talks with various consultants telling me very slow growing cancer and I am doing fine.
Come December 23 2024 and told I am doing well and they are now going to see me in a years time.
Got home and later that day a phone call from the consultant that the blood tests they took in the morning have landed on her desk and LDH has risen sharply, never heard of it before then she explained what it was and that I now had to attend hospital every two weeks with new blood tests and.
Just had results today LDH has risen even more now told urgent need for scans as the likely hood is cancer now spreading.
So now on another journey with my wife and family.
Physically is feel ok but mentally I am worn out with this six and a half fight
