Radiotherapy

My husband has just had his scans 6 weeks post radio which is the earliest they do them apparently. We’ve been told surgery is at least 12 weeks post radio as the radio can carry on working for at least 12 weeks so they like to wait for it to do as much as possible before operating. X 

Thank you hope you're husband goes on ok. Is it a big operation I am starting to worry now 

It's his last day of chemoradiotherapy today he seems very subdued don't like to keep asking how he is. Hope all's ok at yours

My son has finished his treatment and scans he has an appointment with the surgeon but hasn't got scan results yet is this normal?

One with surgeon weds one at Weston park thurs

Is the surgeon based at the Northern General? I saw my colorectal guy at the Northern, radiotherapy consultant at Weston Park, and oncologist at the Hallamshire. Could you check the details online for the person he is seeing at Weston Park, or is it someone he has seen there before?
