The majority of my side effects occurred during treatment. I did have some of my burns continue to get worse for a couple weeks before they got better.
My worst bout with diarrhea occurred on my last day of treatment. That also continued for a while but it was improved after treatment.
Thank you. I am doing better everyday. I'm a year out from radiotherapy and all of those symptoms are gone. Now I'm recovering from surgery. But I feel better now than I have for 2 years. There is light at the end of the tunnel. . Your son will be here soon.
No because it continues working for several weeks after the actual treatment finishes. I started my chemoradiotherapy on 22/8/16 for 5 weeks and had surgery 28/11/16.
