I have stage 4 bowel cancer/liver mets and over the last 6 months have suffered with pain whilst opening bowels due to various things with the main one being an anal fissure.
Today my consultant has suggested botox injections which are booked for next week and i’m wondering if anyone can offer their experience of this and how effective has been to reduce pain?
