Hi I completed 4 rounds of capox at end of April this year. I had side effects during the treatment. Pins and needles my feer hands and neck shoulders and arm stiffness.

The pins and needles have improved but I get the neck and muscle stiffness. Arms shoulders and neck. Does anyone else have this?

Hi. You might find a heat pad works for the stiffness. I have one to help with pain relief from secondary bone cancer in my upper spine. You can get ones designed to fit over your shoulders and lower neck. Another therapy I found helpful for stiffness and aches and pains is floatation therapy - what was once called a sensory deprivation tank!

I have a heat pack and use a gel. I think its a side effect from capox chemo.

Have asked the mcmillan nurse and she said that. Might just be taking time to go.
