Hi I was wondering if anyone has had Bleeding nearly 5 years after bowel resection and chemotherapy? Slightly worried if anyone knows for peace of mind thanks .

Hi Tracyb My friend had slight bleeding after 5 years but she tends towards constipation and the colonoscopy was clear. The first 2 years are the most susceptible to recurrence and my oncologist told me that after 3 things are looking pretty good.

However if you’re worried then see your GP and get checked out for your own peace of mind
