I'm delighted to pop back on here having been away for a while to share the fabulous news that my fifth year scan, colonoscopy and blood tests are all clear & I am therefore signed off! Having been diagnosed with Stage 3 bowel cancer in December 2018 my chances of getting to 5 years clear was just a dream yet here I am. Never give up!

Thanks! Good to hear that you are still enjoying my recipes! I’m really well, just back from a three month trip (Argentina, Chile, New Zealand & Western Australia). The last five years have been a trial at times but I’m looking forward to better ones now. I hope my positive news gives others hope.
