Additional side effects affecting quality of life after chemo round, only 2nd round but even 6 days later I'm still having these effects. It's crappy to begin the week knowing that just 1 week from now, I have to go do it again. A break from the chemo is important to me, so I don't get too overwhelmed but wanting to continue... anyway, I'm not convinced at all that chemo is the answer, it is at the moment but it's sure consuming me.
Hi, the tingling or stinging in the fingers but running them under hot water seemed to solve it. Calf cramps, forearm cramps, cancor sores, cold sores, constipation, I think that's it but lasting for 6 days becomes a lack of a decent pause between cycles to regroup and face the next round. That's where I'm at. Thx for answering.
Hi Gab. For the cramps try a heat pad. For the constipation plenty of drinks to loosen stools, high fibre food and, as a last resort, over the counter remedies. Good luck.
